Does Epic Universe allow strollers?+

Yes. Single and double strollers are allowed throughout Epic Universe, including Celestial Park and all five themed lands. Stroller wagons are not permitted under Universal's policy.

What is the stroller size limit at Epic Universe?+

Universal Orlando's resort-wide policy applies: single and double strollers within standard commercial dimensions are allowed. Stroller wagons and modified/oversized strollers are not. Every City Mini in our fleet is compliant.

Can you deliver to Helios Grand Hotel?+

Yes — Helios Grand is the premium hotel located inside Epic Universe with park views. Free delivery to bell services, ready under your name before you check in.

Can I use a Disney stroller rental at Epic Universe?+

Disney's in-park rentals stay inside Disney parks and cannot be used at Epic Universe. Our private strollers are yours for your whole stay — Disney one day, Epic Universe the next, no restrictions.

Which stroller is best for Epic Universe?+

The City Mini GT2 Single ($70) or GT2 Double ($80) are best for Epic Universe. The cobblestone in the Ministry of Magic area and the long walking distances between lands reward all-terrain wheels and a deeper recline for nap time.
