We do not store full credit card numbers — all payment processing is handled securely by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We may also collect optional feedback after your rental to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used exclusively to process your reservation, coordinate delivery and pickup, send confirmation and reminder emails, and provide customer support. We may send a single post-rental follow-up email asking for feedback. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Delivery & Resort Coordination
To complete contactless deliveries at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando resorts, we share your name and reservation details with the resort's bell services or concierge desk. This is limited to the minimum information required for them to hold and notify you of your delivery. We do not share payment or contact details with these partners.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information during transmission and storage. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Payment data is processed through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant gateway and is never stored on our servers. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
