Terms of Service

The fine print, made simple. Please read before booking your Orlando stroller or car seat rental.

1. Rental Agreement & Acceptance

By placing an order with Best Stroller Rental Orlando, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all stroller, car seat, and accessory rentals delivered within the greater Orlando, Florida area — including Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando International Airport (MCO), Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee, and surrounding vacation communities.

2. Reservation & Payment

All rentals require advance reservation and payment in full. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and include free delivery, cleaning, and a standard accessory kit (rain cover, parent organizer, cup holder, and sun canopy).

3. Delivery & Pickup Policy

We deliver free of charge to all Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Universal Orlando on-site hotels, Orlando International Airport (MCO) curbside, and vacation homes within our service area. For Disney and Universal resorts, we coordinate with bell services for a contactless handoff. For MCO, we meet you curbside at the designated arrivals level. Delivery windows are confirmed 24–48 hours prior to your arrival. Please provide accurate flight or resort check-in information to avoid missed deliveries.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins on your scheduled delivery date and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Extensions may be requested subject to availability and additional daily fees. If you need to extend, contact us at least 24 hours before your original pickup date. Late returns without prior approval will incur a daily late fee equal to the prorated rental rate.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery date receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3–6 days before delivery receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to provide correct delivery details or failure to be available for MCO curbside pickup) are non-refundable.

6. Equipment Condition & Responsibility

All strollers and car seats are thoroughly sanitized, inspected, and cleaned before every rental. By accepting delivery, you acknowledge the equipment is in good working condition. You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. Loss, theft, or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized alteration is the renter's financial responsibility. Minor wear from normal theme-park use is expected and not billable.

7. Car Seat Safety Disclaimer

Car seats are provided clean, inspected, and with installation instructions. Best Stroller Rental Orlando is not responsible for improper installation. We strongly recommend having a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician verify installation. Florida law requires children to be in an appropriate car seat or booster until age 6. It is the renter's responsibility to select the correct seat type for the child's age, weight, and height.

8. Liability Waiver

Best Stroller Rental Orlando provides equipment on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental. We do not assume liability for injuries, delays, or losses associated with theme-park operations, airline schedules, or transportation services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
